Gruvium is an artificial intelligence-powered wellness companion designed to support mindfulness, emotional awareness, relaxation, focus, reflection, and healthy daily habits.

Gruvium provides digital wellness experiences including:

• AI-powered conversations with Gruvi
• Guided meditation sessions
• Sleep stories and relaxation experiences
• Breathing exercises
• Mindfulness practices
• Mood tracking
• Journaling and reflection tools
• Focus sessions
• Wellness programs
• Personalized recommendations
• Progress tracking
• Wearable wellness experiences

Gruvium is designed to help users build healthier routines and improve everyday wellbeing through technology.

Gruvium is not intended to replace human connection, professional support, medical care, or licensed healthcare services.

By using Gruvium, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to our Privacy Policy.
• You understand the limitations of AI-powered wellness technology.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Services.

Gruvium Is Not Medical Care

Gruvium is a wellness and mindfulness application.

Gruvium is not:

• A healthcare provider
• A medical device
• A therapist
• A psychologist
• A psychiatric service
• A diagnostic system
• An emergency service

Gruvium does not:

• Diagnose medical or mental health conditions
• Provide medical treatment
• Prescribe medication
• Provide clinical assessments
• Replace healthcare professionals

Any information, suggestions, exercises, reflections, or recommendations provided through Gruvium are intended only for general wellness, education, mindfulness, personal reflection, and relaxation support.

Gruvium uses artificial intelligence technology. You understand and acknowledge that:

• Gruvi is an AI companion and not a human.
• AI responses are generated automatically.
• AI responses may contain mistakes or inaccuracies.
• AI suggestions are not professional advice.
• Gruvi does not have emotions, consciousness, or personal experiences.

You should not rely on Gruvium for:

• Medical decisions
• Mental health emergencies
• Legal decisions
• Financial decisions
• Safety-critical decisions

Akinox Digital Solutions LLC is committed to responsible artificial intelligence development. Gruvium is designed to encourage healthy habits, support mindfulness, promote reflection, provide wellness education, and encourage positive routines.

Gruvium does not:

• Claim to be a replacement for therapists
• Encourage emotional dependency
• Pretend to be human
• Encourage isolation from real-world relationships
• Provide professional services requiring licensing

To use Gruvium, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old.
• Have legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Use Gruvium according to applicable laws.

If you are below the legal age required in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Certain features require an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain updated account information.
• Protect your login credentials.
• Prevent unauthorized account access.
• Notify us of suspicious activity.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

Gruvium may provide voice-based AI interaction. Voice features may require access to microphone, audio recording permissions, speech processing technology, and device permissions.

You agree not to use Gruvium voice features while:

• Driving
• Operating machinery
• Performing safety-sensitive activities
• Engaging in activities requiring full attention

Voice interactions are intended for wellness support and convenience.

Gruvium may provide personalized experiences. With your permission, Gruvium may remember information such as:

• Wellness goals
• Meditation preferences
• Preferred session length
• Favorite experiences
• Usage patterns
• Interaction preferences

You control personalization settings. You may disable personalization, delete saved information, manage your preferences, and request deletion of stored information.

Users may create or provide content through Gruvium, including journal entries, reflections, notes, mood information, feedback, and preferences.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Akinox a limited license to process your content only to provide the Services, improve functionality, maintain security, and operate the platform.

Akinox does not claim ownership of your personal thoughts, reflections, or journal entries.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations about Gruvium, you grant Akinox permission to use that feedback to improve the Services. Feedback may be used without compensation or obligation to you.

Gruvium may offer free features, premium subscriptions, paid wellness programs, additional AI features, and exclusive content. Subscription prices and features will be displayed before purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize payment through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other supported payment providers. See our Subscription & Billing Policy.

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription:

• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
• Payment will be charged before the renewal period begins.
• You may manage cancellation through your payment provider.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically provide refunds for completed billing periods.

Refunds are governed by applicable laws, Apple App Store policies, Google Play policies, and Akinox refund policies. Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms must generally be managed through those platforms.

Gruvium may provide free trials, promotional subscriptions, and discount offers. Akinox may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time unless prohibited by law.

You agree not to:

• Misuse Gruvium.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer the application.
• Circumvent security systems.
• Upload illegal content.
• Abuse AI systems.
• Use Gruvium for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with other users.

All Gruvium materials are owned by or licensed to Akinox Digital Solutions LLC. This includes software, code, branding, logos, graphics, user interface designs, AI systems, audio content, meditation programs, and written content.

You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use Gruvium. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative products without written permission.

Gruvium may integrate third-party services including payment providers, cloud providers, AI providers, analytics services, and app stores. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.

If you download Gruvium through an app store:

• Your relationship is with Akinox, not the app store.
• App stores are not responsible for Gruvium support.
• Subscription management may be handled through the applicable platform.

We continuously improve Gruvium. We may:

• Add features
• Remove features
• Modify experiences
• Perform maintenance
• Update software

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Akinox may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse the Services.
• You create security risks.
• You engage in illegal activity.

You may stop using Gruvium at any time.

Gruvium is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akinox does not guarantee:

• AI responses will always be accurate.
• Services will always be available.
• Wellness outcomes will occur.
• Content will meet every user's expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akinox Digital Solutions LLC shall not be responsible for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Reliance on AI responses
• Personal decisions made using Gruvium

Your use of Gruvium is voluntary.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Akinox Digital Solutions LLC, its employees, partners, affiliates, and service providers from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of Gruvium.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of laws.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes may be communicated through email, app notifications, or website notices.

Your continued use of Gruvium after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved according to applicable Virginia and federal laws.
